  • Vitamins are very essential. Truly, it is a balancing act to find the correct combinations. Once you've settled into your routine. Complete blood analysis should be performed. Your lucky where you live. In these Northern places many folks do not get enough Vitamin D3. "The Sunshine Vitamin." 

  • Folate in folic acid form is actually not that good. It is a very unnatural form of folate. It can raise the risk of some cancers. 5-methyltetrahydrofolate is better form of folate than folic acid.

  • If you want to rebuild nerve tissue in an acidic medium it will be a slow go. Eating meat is acidic. You said that you have stiffness in the neck. That should tell you something. Work on your adrenals and move that lymph to get that acid out of there. Acids are the culprit tearing down your myelin sheaths.

  • If you feel that you must take vitamins try "Vitamin Code" brand. Expensive but derived from natural sources which may contain many other nutrients other than just an isolate. Your body may not even recognise a nutrient as a nutrient unless it contains buffers as found naturally in fruit and vegetables. I really think your neuropathy and lack of B12 absorption is from acidosis and stagnent lymph not a mere lack of ingesting enough B12. A 100% all raw fruit diet would be the ticket.

  • Thanks for sharing. Oil solubles like A, E, stay in your system longer, water solubles need replacing more often. Urine should never be dark or to colored than your just wasting the vitamins. Having roughage in the diet with the vitamins will help with absorption thru the villa. Your complexion looks better now than in your previous videos. Source natural is a good brand, have taken Mental Edge before. Finding the right quantity, blend, timing with meals is important. Take care.

  • Eat sperm, It has plenty of B12, and a lot of protien. everything an aging prostitute needs.

  • Supplements aren't really necessary. Just eat plenty of lean meats, veggies, fruit, and moderate nuts/seeds along with a daily probiotic and maybe some vegetarian digestive enzymes and you're in business.
