  • @XXXMuSiCMAnIaXXXI The person who wrote the lyrics wants to tell something about the Lakshmi Gold but literally tried to refer the name of Goddess..So unlike other songs it doesn't stress much to brand name...that's why I mentioned about it...

  • @XXXMuSiCMAnIaXXXI Excuse me friend...Njanum malayali thanneya...I know the meaning of the song cut and clear..."lakshanamoththavaranayo lakshmithan ponnaninjorunganayo LAKSHMITHAN PONNU aninjorunganayo? "ee varikalil LAKHMITHAN PONNU ennoru prayogamundu...that word is something which show out the Brand name...Even though I pointed out that I am not taking it that seriously...It is obviously a beautiful song and lyrics are beautiful...I really like it...by the by no offence to you

  • This song is very true to Kerala culture. This Thiruvathira song is more close to Sopanam style, which is the Kerala style of music which is quite different from the usual Carnatic South Indian style. The Architecture shown is also the Kerala style of Architecture in contrast to the Dravidian style which is prevalent in other parts of South India.

The costumes are Kerala's traditional costumes ( Set saree, chattayum Mundum, Mundu), and the dance is also Thiruvathira from Kerala.

  • @78vivek A lot of Mallu guys wear those kind of clothes nowadays. Moreover, he doesn't look like a North Indian either, but more like a Bollywood model, and there is a difference between the both.

  • @mechraja123 The song does say about the brand name. I'll explain the lyrics of this Thiruvathira song for you.

For what have you been waiting , oh my friend. for this long?

Was it for this groom of your dreams or was it for the Lakshmi gold? Tell me.

For what have you been waiting ?

Here, the Lakshmi is both the brand name and the name of the Goddess for wealth.

  • The lead actress in the ad is definitely not a Malayali, and she looks more like a plastic doll with all the heavy make-up. Her bad hair is a proof of this fact; all other girls in the video have long beautiful hair. But, Tapasee does have the sophisticated model look which was necessary. But still, I would have personally preferred Nayan Tara in this role.

The guy looks cute, but definitely a disaster choice for this ad.
