@thatsmrMarine 9.5 is a bit heavy for your standard unmodified 03. At any rate my 03 is anything but standard. Its pretty heavily modded.
-
@bigmike1107 standard o03 is 9 in a half and 10 with bayonete
-
@redhawkmarine Standard 1903. 8.7 lbs.
-
How heavy is the rifle you are using?
-
@SuperJOECOOL101 Yes. The rifle should do an entire rotation behind you. Then catch it and follow through just like a regular rising sun.
-
im a lil late on this but the video is kinda choppy are you like doing a risins sun then letting it go then cathing it?...i have spun at my highschool in florida for four years was the armed exhibition drill team commander btw

ey yo that was sick!!!! i gotta learn that. you should make a vid for that move you did on the first video where it goes from behind your back and almost does this eclipse kinda thing over your head

@Crothonora Thanks for the post man, but I stopped drilling about 2 years ago in a couple months. I just havent really had the drive to do it. Trips to the competitions cost too much and the time I'd have to put into it to keep up with the insanity that some people put out there is tremendous. I'm not sure what its like anmore but you should try the drillers consortium.
I used to be a big contributer on the site and its useful to new drillers and old alike.

yeah bro that ain't eclipse that's just a rising sun. A true eclipse is throwing a triple butterfly over your head and catching it flat behind your back almost like catching a jack knife

@skysky535 Tomato tomato. Pronounce them differently, but they are both the same word. The group I used to be associated with refered to that move as the Eclipse. I'm not quite sure what they call it now, but it is what it is. The move that your speaking of is simply a behind the back catch (BTB) after a rising sun. With the alloted rotation posted in from of the btb. Ex: tripple btb catch. I don't follow drill all that close, but When I get back into it I'll let ya know. It may be this year.
