I love animals I eat meat I hate the fact when PETA bring up cows, chicken, and other animals we use to get proteins from part of their protest showing slaughter houses.

@Morghena Don't get me wrong, ideally (in a perfect world) there wouldn't be animals in captivity... ever. But you have to realize the truth, humans have grown far to numerous and as such things like zoos need to exist. People need to see the lighter side of these animals so maybe, just maybe... they'll give a damn and try to help them. @Morghena However, some animals are needed to be captivity to spread conservation. Showing people that these animals are not mindless killers is a huge step that MANY MANY people need to take. If you walk up to random people on the street and ask them if they thought they could befriend a lion like they could one of their close friends I would be willing to bet 14/15 people would say NO and 14/15 people would be wrong. Showing that they have emotions helps a lot of people care about them.
