レギュラークラス(前半)のカリキュラムの中華饅。皮作りにはコツがあります。生徒さん達から、「もう一度確認したい!」という声が多いので公開します。簡単そうに見えて­も実は難しいものです。マスターすると作るのも楽しくなるので、がんばってください。レギュラークラスの募集は次回は2011年です。
