When you speed up the pitch of "Imaginary Lover" by the Atlanta Rhythm Section, it seems to become... Stevie Nicks!

  • Do you know that if you this over and over....You need to get a life?

  • @hayslip333 Sounds like someone has a case of the Mondays!

  • Fricken pick a speed and leave it the hell alone!

  • @timfischer Neither do I and I am Stevie Nicks fan. However, I think the OP is making a play on the 1978 rumor that when Imaginary Lover first came out, one radio DJ accidentally played the record back at 45rpm and the that resulted in the vocals to sound like Stevie Nicks. Apparently many radio fans called in to ask about the new Stevie Nicks song. While that MAY be true, one flaw in the above demonstration was that the OP used a pitch control instead of switching to true 45rpm speed.

  • I don't hear it :(

  • Haha! Love it

  • i personaly like it better on 45 speed

  • I've done that on the L.P when I set it on the 45 speed.

  • Roll up another fatty and lets smoke it!
