Here is part 27 of my walkthrough of The Legend of Zelda: A Link To The Past.

It goes from the point where Link exits the cave south of the Haunted Grove in the Light World up to point where Link exits the Skeleton Forest in the Dark World.

Areas explored in this video:

-Light World: The area bordering the Haunted Grove, Kakariko Village, and the Lost Woods & the area south of it.
-Dark World: The Dark World version of the Haunted Grove & the area bordering it, the Village of Outcasts, and the Skeleton Forest & the area south of it.

What you'll find in this video:

-Link getting the Shovel from his encounter with the Flute Boy in his altered form in the Dark World equivalent of the Haunted Grove
-Link getting a Heart Piece (which is randomly placed) in the Treasure Field Digging Game at the southern end of the Village of Outcasts.
-Link playing the Shooting Gallery Game at the southern end of the Village of Outcasts.
-Link speaking to the Flute Boy's father after his encounter with the Flute Boy in the Dark World.
-The Mad Batter reducing Link's magic consumption by a half after Link jumps into the well in front of the Smithery (smithy's shop) in the Light World & sprinkles Magic Powder on the statue.
-Power-ups hidden in various trees that can be found by dashing into them.
-The location of the Magical Warp Tile (Magic Transporter) just south of the Lost Woods that allows Link to go into the Village of Outcasts prior to getting Titan's Mitt.
-Link speaking to a tree in the Dark World.

  • where do you get quake and either and what do they do?

  • @72maxamillion

You get the Quake Medallion from the Zora in the circle of rocks at the Lake of Ill Omen in the Dark World (same area where Zora's Lake is in the Light World). See Part 22 if you want to see me getting it. You get the Ether Medallion from the stone tablet just west of The Tower of Hera on Death Mountain in the Light World. You can see me getting it in Part 20 of the walkthrough. You need the Book of Mudora & the Master Sword to get Ether.

  • @72maxamillion

Quake & Ether are both magics that you can use to kill enemies. Quake is also needed to open the entrance of Turtle Rock (you'll see the symbol of the Quake Medallion on top), which is the 7th Dark World dungeon. Ether is needed to open the entrance of the 6th Dark World dungeon, the Misery Mire in the Swamp of Evil (you'll see the Ether symbol where you have to use it). Ether also temporarily reveals invisible walkways that you'll encounter later on.

  • @72maxamillion

You can see Ether revealing the invisible walkways at 1:35 in Part 51 of my walkthrough & at 2:35 in Part 61 of my walkthrough.

  • @wtcvidman can i use your gameplay in my YTPMV?

  • @AlbatrossOnFire

Is a YTPMV a music video of some kind? Sure you can use it. If you can put my username somewhere as credit I'd appreciate it. Thanks.

  • "I buried my flute over there. Will you go find it?" "Sure!" "Okay, here. Use my shovel to dig it up. *hands shovel*" "You got it! *immediately runs off to do the digging minigame*"

  • nostalgia gahhhhhhhh

  • why did that stupid bird give u one he never gave me one in loz oot

  • @Jimborocknroll90

You'll see an area lined with purple stakes on the ground. Use the Magic Mirror in that area & go to the Light World. You'll be on top of a ledge. Go west on the ledge to where the Desert of Mystery is. You'll find a tablet like you did on Death Mountain. Use the Book of Mudora to read it while having the Master Sword and you'll get Bombos. You can see how to get the Ether Medallion in Part 20 of my walkthrough & the Bombos Medallion in Part 31 of my walkthrough.
