omg she was my Chef in Le Cordon Bleu crazy hahaha

she teaches fast... I wonder if the girl beside her caught up...
its like when she was doing the intro, I was like "oh cool, a nice lady that will teach us properly" then when she started I was like "what? wha? rewind... again... wha? again,...."
not hating though, I love the clarity of the instructions and quality of the video :] really helpful.

man what the fuck is an "old fashioned pumpkin" anyways?? If you can't specify you pretty much have no idea what you are talking about.

@emeraldFloyd umm...my comment was a sarcastic, tongue in cheek take on the "do things the right way" stuff in previous comments, specifically by TreyLutrash. I was actually defending your beloved instructor.

@AdmiralPrice You're an idiot. She was my instructor in culinary school and she was one of the best god damn instructors I've ever had. Your definition of home made everything is ridiculous. Huge restaurants over throughout the whole world don't even grow their own produce and yet you're complaining over little silly details that instantly judges a person by who they are and what profession they hold? Okay how about this, enhance your own brain and grow it even further, you dumb shit.

i have to say i'm a bit disappointed you make your own crust but you use canned pumpkin puree
-
dammit i wanna know how to make it literally from the pumpkin... -__-
YOU USE A MICROWAVE AND STILL CALL YOURSELF A COOK?! You'd be shot on south even souther!!!!
There's only one way to do it: cook it in the sun till it's soft and steamy! In fact, GROW THE PUMPKIN YOURSELF! Now *that's* homemade.
While you're at it, make the pie plate yourself, grow the wheat, make the milk and butter, as well as the spices!
Seriously, there's a point where "homemade" ends and "obsessive" starts.

I have watched this about 4 times now, and I have to say thank you for being so informative and helpful. You break things down nicely and describe things in ways that are easier to remember! I just made my first pie...Pumpkin, about 2 hours ago, it turned out ok, so I searched for a better way online, and came across you! I would love for you to show me how to make other pies too!
Thanks! Great video!
Great Teacher!
