The song reminds me of the saying, "What counts in life is sincerity. Once you can fake that, you've got it made." EXCEPT --- it's not really faking, exactly; and you haven't really got it made, exactly - as this song lets us know.

I agree with everyone about how songs bring out memories. For me, it brings back memories of getting high after basketball practice with my friend.
