Yea i agree with the other person why were u laughing when u talk about the dog not knowing the his owner die thats a really sad movie is based in a real story u shouldnt laugh u should b ashame of urself looking how the dog was so faithful to his owner and wainting for 9years for him to come back. I didnt know the original state was melted down... figures... I'm not impressed with the way the artist depicted the dog in this replacement statue, it's too impressionistic in style for me, almost amateurish. For a really good statue of a dog google "Balto" in Central Park, New York City, it was extremely well done.

Was a great movie though!
