I am deaf. If a clip is shown on TV with captions, they shoul be down/up loaded with the clip. If this isn't possible, then shame on YouTube .

@max5toes Well, the clip didn't have captions to begin with so I would have to type them in myself in my video editing software which I never thought I needed to do in the first place. It's not YouTube's fault nor my own. It's unfortunate for you I am sorry but there is nothing I can do at this point.
