@praveen4641 Hi, I have few video for my hair care and shampoo I use you can check that also I use only shampoo that SLS free. and about food I am vegetarian I eat lots vegs and fruit, just try to eat healthy and drink lots of water. thanks for watching. xx

Are you still a Stewardess? It's my dream job but at the moment, British Airways are on strike all the time, Thomson are merging and the only ones hiring are Ryanair and Monarch, both of which have a reputation for for poor conditions and bad treatment of their Cabin Crew. So it's slim pickings! Either be on strike and never fly, nor earn any money or be treated like crap!
