A continuation of segments of Japanese Yakuza films that have Benzs in them. You may note that the boss "Sunami" is driven around in a Brabus styled W140, then later changes to a Lorinser styled W220. I guess this series was made between1997-1999, and the makers got the latest benz for the production realism. The series was called "Yakuza no Daimon". Daimon is a gangs or "families" logo or crest. Yakuza no Daimon means "The Yakuzas Crest"
The annoying thing about this series (if youre into cars) is the sound effects they did on the vehicles. They stop normally, yet the fx guys always add a skid/screech as the car stops which is completely fake. the idea of a 3 ton W140 skid on tarmac at 40kms an hour is just stupid. I even went out and performed the same act in my 2 ton S320 and it just stopped... no sound at all. You may note they use the same sound everytime regardless, so it does piss me off. Check out the screeching halt at 2:10 under the highway. Sounds like they are going sideways at 80kms. Its not a getaway scene....
benz rules. w140 best car ever made
