  • @rtefun: Thanks for commenting. We'd be interested to learn about where you found support for the notion that Mr. Ducker's ideas were in opposition to those discussed in the Hopper animation.

    Also, you may wish to read "Chapter 29: The Manager of Tomorrow" in his book The Practice of Management for more on his thoughts about the training of managers.

  • Strange that the Drucker Institute would release this piece of mis-information. It is almost the reverse of Drucker's writing and teaching.
