There's some clues scattered here and there, but not as 'in y'r face' as last time..
I hope i now can dismiss at least 3 guesses before someone guesses it :)

@mindwis3 The hotel's homepage wasn't as informative as the last time, but the top floor presumably. The hotel was actually easier to find than the last time, that is after Lisa had pinned down the city. The satellite dish on the roof next to you and forest in the background narrowed down where to look for a building with a round copper roof. The copper roof had ventilation holes visible in the video and on satellite image, which gave a excellent heading towards your line of sight.
