Erm orcas are only in cold waters and great whites are in tropical so I don't think an orca would have stopped by for lunch

It's probably an Orca.. they grow to 9 metres long and attack Great Whites. If it were Megalodon they might have reported its length at 15-16 metres but as we know they are long extinct.
