I searched for ages on youtube and other sites on how to put a photo or picture in a circle. then i figured it out and thought to share it. I didnt add text on video to keep it high resolution but any questions just ask!!
INSTRUCTIONS BELOW
1. open document
2. select ecilpse tool on left menu, draw &position circle
(it shud do itself but ensure that this is on a new layer)
3. then add new layer on top of circle layer
4. go to file menu, place, browse&select photo
5. position&resize photo then click arrow tool to apply transformation (arrow tool top of left tool bar).
6. drag the circle up and on right beside photo layer
(photo layer should have circle next to it)
7. u may want to position it correctly or edit menu, transform path to resize photo.
8. apply transformation clicking on arrow tool on left menu
9. u can change bkgrd colour by click on layer below inside the white square.
10.colour palette appears choose colour then save doc.

  • how can i transfer the circled picture onto another it says it goes but doesnt show =(....x

  • @AliciaVioletWright - once you have done the step above, just save the image as a jpg. then you can open your other file and import the picture.

    u r very welcome.. i had the same problem some time ago and found nothing. I couldn't believe that there was no video on it. so as soon as i managed to do it... i posted it :)

  • I want the outcome of my picture circular, no borders. How do I do that?

  • this does not have sound or my speaker is broken? anyway, it helps me a lot and I even save as psd file. next time I just need to place a picture in it. thank you.

  • this is a simple cropping....picture is still squared, not circled...i'm looking for a way to have a circled picture, not a circle in a square...thnxx anyway
