On est de Montréal. On envisage aller visiter votre coin cet été. Est-ce qu'on peut pêcher le maquereau sur le quai? Si oui, le maquereau arrive à quel moment (juin ou juillet)?

Allo,
Il y a du monde qui pèche le maquereau sur le quai mais ce n'est pas suggérer, Avec la pollution autour du quai ( huile, gaz, etc... ) ce n'est pas ce qui est de mieux. Mais si vous voulez vraiment vivre une belle expérience Il y a des capitaines de bateau qui font des excursions en mer et même vont vous faire pêcher le maquereau. je l'ai personnellement fait moi même et c'est une belle expérience.

Very true, If you live in Caraquet and making good money, It is a little paradise. Unfortunatly there is a limited amount of decent jobs.

Those are some serious sea worthy boats. Are there any jobs for marine machanics around there? Considering moving up north.

Very nice place to live, but unfortunately, not many jobs availlable. And if you find a job, it won't probably pay much. Most of people from up north have to move south to make a decent pay cheque.
