Guide on how to obtain a Rune Defender by Vinyl

I ran two 10 minute tests on each activity inside of the guild to work out an accurate tokens p/h. NOTE FOR SILENTC0RE: I know there is some mild swearing near the end of the guide, I spent around 5 hours rendering it and around 95% i realised -.- If it is a problem please PM me.

what happens if i already had a rune defender, but i lost all of my defenders? would i have to start all over again?

Great guide the only thing that i would recommend would be to slow down the parts where there is a large sum of text but apart from that. Pretty flawless :)
