Porcupine Tree's 'Fear of a Blank Planet' on bass, learnt by ear. The acting is lame, the action is tame, explicitly dull, arousal annulled. Soz.

  • I tried to upload my cover but youtube kept removing it due to copyright infringment :(

  • @jventimusic :(

  • I haven't tried the solo parts, but I'm pretty sure you can pay it in standard tuning with a 5 string. Great job though!

Also, is that a Warwick in the background?

  • @oniman13 Yeah you could play it in standard 5 string tuning if you like, I just find it a lot more convenient & comfortable playing in drop D. :) Oh and nah it's a Spector in the background. :D

  • Sweet cover, dude! It's tuned to drop D, right?

  • @TheFritz92 Thanks! Yep, drop D. I don't play the low B string in this at all.. I would've played a four string bass if I had one. xD

  • @BedroomBassist I always get Warwick and Spector confused for some reason. They look alike. Both nice basses though.

  • You nailed it, nice job :)
