General Public wasn't underrated or obscure as some posted here, they were The Beat, better known in the US as The English Beat, the best blend of Ska and New Romantics that ever existed, only Madness could be uttered in the same sentence if you were a fan. It's no "guilty pleasure" either, this was A#1 quality music, "Don't worry, be happy" is a guilty pleasure my friends. Now where did I put my scooter, my bowling shoes and my trenchcoat?
