Sailing Capricorn Cat from Hawaii to San Francisco, 16 days on the Pacific

This chronicles the sail from Hawaii, up around the Pacific High, some great sailing, and coming in to San Francisco CA under the Golden Gate. I'd never sailed like this before! Sailing at 15 knots, big seas, and nothing sliding off the table, what a way to go - what a concept!! This was Waynes celebration of his original cruise to Hawaii 40 years ago on a 26 footer that he says "took a heck of a lot longer" Capricorn Cat is a 45 foot racer-cruiser cat. We've done a lot of mono-hull sailing. But seeing the water coming off the bow like a fire-hose, and watchiong the water scoot past the stern like this is all new to me.
