@PractitionersAlex up to you it doesn't bother me.. except one thing.. my mountain bike is broken so now i'm weight walking.. i take about 16kgs of weights in my bag and go walking up the path. getting my legs back into shape.. there was a time were some of my friends knew me as a juggernaught due to me being unstoppable.. if i break my leg i'll walk on it for about 10 miles before stopping to repair it. and besides i'm sure i'll be able to beat you as my mountain bike route is also my training

@PractitionersAlex we survived.. sort of.. i mean i did end up in hospital with multiple amounts of damage including an dislocated shoulder. and a cracked skull.. but meh they got all the stone shards and log splinters out of my body. and now i have some pretty mean scars on my back. now its christmas so i kindly ask you not to reply to this and stop being so fucking ignorant of the things just because your a pussy who won't dare attempt them.
