@feckingbillgates It's a lot harder to realise that when it's written or typed - it's easier when it's spoken because you can tell by the tone of their voice!
@feckingbillgates What I'm getting at is that if you're capable of making such a fuss over something as pathetically trivial as changing brand names then you are a very sad person indeed and need a few lessons in getting your priorities right! There are plenty of people who would be very happy if that was the only problem they had! Whatever the reasons may be for changing them, it's not worth getting worked up about.
@Inkyminkyzizwoz Same difference as between Opal Fruits and Starburst. One is familiar to where the product probably came from in the first place, the other is symbolic of America making everything the same throughout the world (and generally more bland and/or stupid in the process).
They were always called Snickers.....they just named it Marathon in the UK.

@Inkyminkyzizwoz So - try to realise when people are joking, or having a bit of fun, and stop making your blood boil for no reason.

@Inkyminkyzizwoz Excellent; I haven't heard that kind of comeback since I was at secondary school 20 years ago! Pure nostalgia!

@feckingbillgates They're doing a half-price offer on lives in Sainsbury's - why don't you get one?

What was the concept of "slicing" a Marathon about, then?
