I'm surprised by the ridiculous theories so many people in this series present.
-Eating tree sap, that's just ridiculous.
-Lowering metabolic rate yet clearly sweating from raising his temperature, which requires an increase in metabolic rate.
-Feeding off of the air, no nutritional value in air.
Honestly to prove anything remarkable other than he is staying still all day and then eating,drinking, and etc. during the night this would have to be done in a more controlled and observable setting.

He broke his meditation for a short while and performed a sermon. It's on youtube too. I'll find it once you respond. :)

I have the same feeling, it is impossible for a teacher that can give me the wisdom that I need...so I don't go to temple to practice Buddhism, I understand it by myself and through the universe.

@TheRebornjason It takes a devoted amount of time to reach Buddha hood, His brother is mainly protecting him so that no one will disturb his meditation. Have you ever meditated? While i'm in a trance like state if someone makes a noise or bursts in on me it isn't very pleasant feeling..its like a jolt..
