This pool was built by Tropicana Custom Pools (no longer in business unfortunately) and designed by myself and my friend Kayvon (the previous owner of Tropicana Custom Pools) and took about 16 months to build. The length of time was mostly due to the amount of pools being built in the Vegas Valley at this time (unfortunately it's not like that anymore!)

The pool is approximately 27,000 gallons and is 5'8" at its deepest end (I'm pretty short so no need for a really deep pool!). It has 6 waterfalls, 5 bar stools at the swim-up bar and a 300 sq. ft. sunken BBQ Pit. I used 4 Windmill palms, 6 pineapple palms, a few berry trees and a Pepper tree to provide a lush backdrop for the pool.

It is equipped with 4 pumps; 1 for the main drain, 1 for the sheer descents, one for the waterfall bridge and one for the spa waterfall. It has two fiber-optic boxes for lighting. For heating it has a 750sq. ft. solar panel and a 10,000BTU heater.

For Audio & Video, I installed 4 Bose in-ground and 6 Bose outdoor speakers for distributed audio controlled by a Russound audio system. In addition I ran 5-Channel HD video lines from the BBQ Pit for control to the projector on the roof for nighttime movie watching.
