Onramp Blast

Heh. This is a Subaru Impreza HX20s with STi body kit and custom exhaust, screaming up the Grafton Rd onramp to SH1. This car is no STi; without a turbo it's 135HP. When I'm done with it, maybe it'll be 150hp at a push. Still...it sounds good. Truck got in my way at the end of 3rd gear! And yes, RPS exhaust is on the way

yh to right, ive had 2 lots before and they where great. my brother has my sport now and its still goin strong, im gunna get another but i cant afford to atm so goin to start doin som saving lol

i had borla replicas so they are actually stronger and makes it sound jsut likethe turbo. have a look at my sport vids

It's pretty hard to find a good place sometimes; you need to know the ins and outs yourself and know exactly what you need done to reduce faffing time and get the ideal results. Not fond of the Borlas myself, the note is quite harsh and they have a reputation for cracking (amongst those that push them, I'd assume...)

no prob, yh it actually sounds like a standard turbo in this vid, pretty cool. i have a hx not the hx20s tho, but even so it was pretty cool i put some borlas on that and it sounded pretty nice. im lookin at gettin a normal sport tho. but i wanna get it modded but i cant really find anywhere in the uk that do it?

Thanks for the comment. Yep there's a set of RS headers in the works, though the more recent 5Zigen exhaust on the car gives it an unusual pseudo-burble from behind. Not the deep, rich turbo burble, but a husky purr.

if u want burble u need unequal length manifold/headers

NOS? Heck no. Not worth it IMO - just do some proper tuning, forced induction or not :)
