Please visit us at www.honolulutime.com SORRY BUT I WILL NOT REPLY TO ANY EMAILS ABOUT IDing YOUR FAKE PANERAI...

Got sent a fake PAM 111 in trade. Something wasn't right when I picked this up and looked at it. The screws in the movement gave it away. So had to confirm and compared it to a PAM 112 L. The weight and feel of the fake 111 was very accurate. No blue tint AR coating, dial letter was near perfect, nice clean cut numbers on the dial. Metal finish was nearly same and exact. But when you look really close you can see the inaccuracies. This was the best fake I have ever come across. And I come across a lot of fake watches at my shop... Hope this video helped some of you to spot some out or has informed you enough. Please do not email me with questions on IDing fakes, as there are so many variations and qualities of fakes it's really a case by case thing. I am not affiliated with Panerai. I am a second hand watch dealer & a watch collector.

  • aren't the panerai cases sourced from china? as a watch enthusiast, i realize that most, if not all, higher end watches source something from china.

  • cause you have the bad rep... they have better reps out there... flat top screws, panerai lettering engraved in the back filled with color just like the gen... same ar coating... your rep probably cost 200-250usd... the better rep would be around 300usd

  • just sucks you have to buy a fake to get a good looking watch without spending 6 grand.. dont get me wrong if i was rich i would but wearing this daily id rather it be a 200 dollar replica
