ok so I'm making a spy movie and i need to know how to make the animatics\list shots a little longer. i have this clip of a help crashing and it only gets the part where the actor is shooting at it but cuts right after, so all i need to know is how to make that 1.5 sec clip a little longer :) thanks

I'm not sure what you mean by "preview" & "doing a trailer". Just think of it this way, they are "markers" for an idea or suggestion that may look good at that point in your video. You then replace the "marker" with actual video footage that resembles what the "marker" suggests. Web search: "movie storyboards", you'll understand better.
