Land The Plane or He Dies

Corny Flight Simulator clip. The "Plot", goes like this. A 727 just picked up 134 passengers enroute to L.A. They take off just as snow and freezing fog hits the little airport at Worland WY. One of the passengers suffers a heart attack and they must land back at that same small facility, without the aid of an "ILS (Instrument Landing System) because, Worland being small with little traffic does not have one. The pilot uses the "Unapproved" FMS (Flight Management System) to hopefully bring the plane in to the runway, where the visibility, is now "Zero/Zero". It is the kind of adventure you cook up when you fly in a simulator "Too Much"....GDB

I actually took off and landed in Worland. They only fly 20 passenger, 2 PROP motors. That flight is TERRIBLY bumpy. Worst airport ever..

Ok numbnuts, Medical emergencies happen everyday in our world of aviation. I have had aircraft land in 0/0 visibility conditions due to medical or mechanical emergencies where there was no other choice. Under normal circumstances you are correct this airport is below landing minimums. The RVR may not register 0000, however the visibility can and does drop to 0.

So if you don't know what you are talking about, shut your pie hole!
