Great lesson and wonderful prayer.
Looks like persecution is sign of truth of any true religion.

I am a Baha'i of Hispanic background. The shameful manner in which the government of Iran treats it own citizens is not news. It is historical. So uncertain is this Islamic State about the devine realities of Allah's Holy Prophet, peace be upon Him, that it sets aside the power of the Spirit of Islam which gives life and violates that spirit through the use of force and commits injustices. Blind hatred motivates their action. Allah is light why are they in the dark? Ernest

Fuck these Islamic fanatics who prosecute Bahá'ís.
They should be the ones prosecuted. I am an atheist-christian.
Did you see any Bahá'ís kill for religious purposes? christians did, muslims did.
i kinda agree to Bahá'í belief, but still im an Atheist and i deeply support secular humanism.
respect to Bahá'í comrades.

@Domafshan Your support for the Baha'is is deeply touching. The bitterness which you feel towards religion is one which is commonly felt by many Muslim Iranians who have suffered at the hand of the mullahs. Vali ghorbunet beram, to say that you don't believe in God or any Prophet is damaging to your soul. Why don't you look at the teachings of Baha'u'llah? The Baha'is in Iran are not suffering so people turn away from religion. Their suffering should bring people to Baha'u'llah.

It is amazing how Iranians have forgotten that initially they wanted to get rid of Islam and now that the whole world is getting freedom, they want to be encaged-like a bird!

it is all British fault who started this!!!

Nice looking house of worship in Chile. Looks like a big flower ready to bloom. Terrible what happens to baha'is in iran. Those who persecute them are full of evil. Just remember, evil always seeks political power. Religions that seek political power by their very nature, to set up theocracies, are built upon evil and will always persecute those who seek to peacefully follow a different religion. Good has never been in the majority and never will be in the majority.

Sasua, your grandfather is a hero.

religions are separating human beings from each other, we should destroy the walls, hatred and dividing and build bridges of love and unity, as if we all live in this planet as a big family under one common God.

In case you haven't noticed religion clearly is not becoming the "cause of enmity" it has been so for time immemorial. To do without is way beyond preferable, in fact, it is critical to our survival as a species.

Persecution of Religion has always been one of the means by which it grows, why do the antagonists of the Faith fail to grasp this fundamental reality? Weird

My grandfather sheltered Bahais during the Islamic Revolution... They are now living in UK
I am an Iranian, ex-muslim. Don't believe in god and any prophet. I ask my fellow Iranian Bahaiis for their forgivness. We all Iranian are responsible for the atrocities that have been committed.

Baha'ullah has stated that if religion wer to become the cause of enmity, to do without it is preferrable and in itself a religious act. I commend you for your enlightened insight.
