Caesar Creek - Caesar Creek Gorge, State Nature Preserve, Oregonia, OH

This is a video of Caesar Creek, found within Caesar Creek Gorge State Nature Preserve. Caesar Creek Gorge is a 483 acre Scenic Nature Preserve located in Oregonia, Ohio. The name Caesar Creek is related to the Indians. Per the history, in 1776, a Shawnee party attacked a flat boat on the Ohio River and took captive a black slave named "Cizar". He was adopted into the tribe and spent much of his time hunting near this stream. There is a 2.25 mile trail that runs along the creek. It is a light hiking trail and makes for a nice walk with nature.
