Are their cool matte colors metallic? I wanted to order a palette with matte colors in them but I did not want them to be too matte, with no kind of shine. If they're at least metallic and not shimmery, I think I will go a head and order this palette. Please answer. Thank you. <3

I just recieved my 88 tropical shimmer pallete. I'm sooo lost on looks because there are SOOO many colors! Haha! Can you please do tutorials using these?
