It's his eyes, he stares like a psychotic person and doesn't often blink. His face and body language are still and his voice is monotone. He's looks as though he's been brainwashed by a cult or is a computer rather than a human being. I actually thought this clip was some kind of spoof comedy, but it seems to be serious. Perhaps this is how the Navy like their recruits to be. Anyway, he doesn't look like a bad person. I imagine he is kind and gentle. Perhaps he has Aspergers Syndrome.
