its a gojuryu kata, the slow bits needs to be performed slower to give the quicker bits more impact. i trained in r27 for a year and got my 1st dan (dont agree with it)

@YoLamoNacho hiya this is the exact same thing that happened to me. I was at a grading to gain my blue belt but they wouldnt pass me because i didnt have my pads even tho i didnt know we had to have them cos they sent me in for the older age group grading

i got up 2 green but me sensei wouldnt giv me tha grading so i quit

Thanks for putting this up. I'm getting ready to take my blue belt soon (region 9) and need all the help I can get. It also means I can show my family (who live in different countries to me) what I'm up to without putting my much poorer showing on screen.
