I never like using the shortcut, it takes away the fun in it, at least for me. If someone else is doing them while we're playing, no mercy then.

i didnt see them doing the correct shortcut when you enter the river, from what ive seen if you hit it right youll land on the other side and bounce over the mountain, correct me if im wrong cus im not 100 percent sure

Wow this was actually really fun to watch. When it comes to awesome Kodak moments in the world of Mario Kart, you guys pulled em off.
I was really digging the red shells when Yoshi and Bowser were flattened, and your mastering of the shortcut......but I think my favorite was Yoshi just hanging out at the finish line and Toad blew up over him. Bowser also ended the race in style.
Yeah I'm pretty much a sucker for this game. After all these years it never gets old.
