  • Oh,nice. A caboose at the end of the train. That is unusual to see it today.

See a caboose at the end of the train.

    Good job.

  • Hi Sylvain, the caboose is only used for local switching, it's just used as an extension for the locos, it mainly just sits in the South Van O Yard slowly being beatin to death, poor thing.

  • What do they need shortlines for if CN and CP do it for them? -__-

  • @WestCoastRails You should see it today, It looks worse. here is a link on this video

  • I have nothing against CP, but their image is hideous... The marketing department needs to be offed by firing squad. Unacceptable.

  • do they ever use this spur anymore?

  • Great Shot!!!

I have lot of photos of those switchers and that sad looking CP caboose. It so needs a new home, Like my BACKYARD!!!

  • 2 SW1200RS (Pups)!!! I used to see these in Winnipeg, not much anymore, and a Yellow CPR Caboose, great shot!
