I hate breading chicken!!! It never comes out quite so smooth for me... though i tend to use bowls instead of plates which may be why! Pounding the chicken is fun though... lol!

Hey there. You're oven needs to be about 450f, should only need 15min or so at that point, until the cheese is bubbling, (chicken is pretty much cooked already).
