  • you should tip for your services because the staff have the low wage. they need more tip from you. for example: they have one dollar a day and they have to work too hard. they almost are students. they have no another choice

  • The apology was unsincere, which is typical for many servers. Even though this was just a demonstration, it's a typical example of ambigupus communication. Her verbal communication is not the same as her non-verbal. A more sincere apology where the servers shows actual emotions, rather than talking "like a robot", will let the customers actually feel important.
