  • @gr82bthe1st of course man! is his breathing...

  • this jap go jo right? in Okinawan gojo ryu we do it different and different spots for kias

  • @DementedDegsy the sound is coming from his nose presumably.

  • If this is IOGKF as the ken kon on the wall suggests , what is with this crazy breathing sound !? been training IOGKF for 15 years trained with senior instructors national and internationally and I have NEVER been taught to perform kata with such breathing sounds !!! please explain where this is coming from !?

  • mae geri: incorrect foot position.

shiko dachi: your knees point too much to the inside. either strech more of do not go down so deep.

morot tzuki should come from hara, not from your shoulders.

  • not bad, he just needs more experience.

  • i agree with you

  • Not bad at all, IMO; but you are too concerned with speed, so that (a) the techniques blur, and (b) so does your understanding of what they mean. Don't be offended by this; I mean it constructively: slow down, focus more, and make your stances stronger and less 'transitional.'

  • IOGKF?
