i was just tatting about with this tune and came up with this sequence for the whistley/high pitch riff...
bottom e 3,2,open,
g-string (he-he) 4, 4, bottom e - 3, b-string 7, 10, bottom e 3, 7, 3(2nd 3 optional)2,5,2,2, open. i'm not 100% on that but it sounds fairly close to my ear. =P
Hope this helps someone =P.

Awesome.

Wish I could find a version like this for the soundtrack to my movie project I'm working on. It has a few inspirations and homages to the Mohicans movie so something like a rocked out Promentory would go perfect.

EFGABCDE bottom to top FACE for the spaces between the lines..I'm not a musician, I play hockey...but I remember that from middle school chorus, and I graduated high school in 2001.

thanks man, i dont use tab i use sheet music but most ppl use tabs so i tried to put it in that form ... hopefully its still understandable

@levey24
Tabs is just easier...rather than memorizing 120 different notes of a guitar and where then sit between what frets. Others like brum who are a bit more old school think people that can only read tabs are just lazy...and in a way they are.

@jholland311 thanks man, i can understand how tabs would be MUCH EASIER,,,, id be lazy too hah!

Geez!! Tabs!!?? Get real you need the sheet music. Try these root notes and go from there learn to use your ear.... A C F E D. Then back to the A and repeat. It's a Cello piece.

lol i dig what you're saying, but not everyone knows how to read sheet, i took piano growing up so ya i agree with forcing yourself to learn by ear, helps so much its unreal
