Derek thanks for the shit eating grin i recieve everytime i watch this video or anyother one at that man, and making a dvd that helped me proggress pretty decentley in a short amount of time.

@awesome123allah Sounds like you need to loosen up, I've been drumming for 3 years and had the same problem! The solution was to do shoulder taps, everytime you hit the drum, rebound your stick behind your shoulder, it really loosens you up. then you will be able to move around the kit fast and without much trouble.
