you know it is an old Russian tune with Iddish words translated to hebrew and the song named Tum-Balalaika.

Balalaïka est un instrument de musique, sorte de luth russe , tum ou tom signifie joue ou bien résonne. . Je le joue parfois à la clarinette avec un ami accordéoniste... Bien à vous
