I disgree, I don't like the Neuton mower. You need to buy a $100.00 battery in 3 years. That's more than gas cost if you don't mow much and is just as bad for the environment when you should go electric than battery. It is noisy and almost 99% plastic. It is also cheaply made and not made in USA either

must be made in china, i'll pass i got a lawn mower than has less emissions than these electric, yes they don't pollute, BUT putting load into the power plant means more emissions in the fresh air from nuclear power plant facilities, my mower runs on propane, and runs better, cuts more than these electric.... sorry to be mean, but, i would not even own one, even if they are the last mower on earth, i will NEVER own one electric mower :P

Tom Hughes from Neuton, start making your mowers in the United States, get out of Taiwan and help Americans by making your product here in this country, sell your product with a USA made label idea.

Shame on Neuton, a company based in Vermont but they build their mowers in Taiwan. Being the price is the same as USA made mowers, Taiwan day labors get $.10 to $.25 cents an hour as here is is $8.00 an hour but Neuton mowers cost the same price as a Remington, Craftsman and Black & Decker. It is sad where we should buy USA made mowers as they are better and more green than Taiwan.

I bought a Neuton mower too, I was not impressed with at all. It cuts terrible, battery doesn't last more than 45 minutes and it is made in Taiwan. I then shopped and decided to find USA made cordless mowers where I find the Remington model. It blew the doors off the Neuton completely, also so did Craftsman and Black & Decker did too.
