other report said gusts to 114 mph - that puts 'gusts' at weak cat 3...more likely cat 1 at best in the cities. Just comes down to storm surge and weak infrastructure

category 5 hurricane winds exceed 150 mph.This looks to be about half that.

Looks like a rainy day in New York (Sans palm trees of course) I suspect the real disaster was near the water where the waves hit!

Very good video. Was there any warning where you were and did there weather service seem to do a good job? Just wondering cause thats a lot of people dead.

The authority did not give any warning, most of us heard the news from CNN in the hotel. Didn't expect so serious damaged. I still had some more videos but unable to broadcast as I think I had reach the space limit.
