@hibyb12 the right age for makeup is probably when you start highschool. about the scene part, sweetie don't do it. it really isn't a good idea. yes, it may look cute in videos but you'll have to make all scene friends and change your lifestyle, and lastly, look at gash's video about damaged hair. she wasn't scene and she looked gorgeous!!
