CUT OFF THE PENIS---because Delusions of a Predator NEVER go away, they only get denied, subdued, or repressed. PROTECT KIDS and Break the Sick cycle, and reluctantly, CUT IT OFF in surgery.

What is sad is that Universities nationwide will cover things like this up. I would start with the Chancellor, President, Dean of the entire Penn State campus because it is just not about Paterno, it goes further up on the chain. No one knows just what went on at Penn State in the administration part. I think that needs to be looked into as well. For all we know, Paterno was intimidated into silence by the Board of Trustees that were there when this happened. I am curious about that.
@MsJoey82
Except being an enabler of a monster who preyed on children and a miserable failure of a human being.

Thank you for emphasizing that we need to remember the victims. But Penn State can't offer help to them specifically, since their identity must be protected. Let me be the first to suggest that Penn State and Joe Paterno use some of the money from the huge endowment that football built to establish a foundation to help any and all victims of abuse. The Paterno Center for Justice could offer counseling services and legal aid to victims as well as training for administrators, coaches, etc.
