Tiffany I have just recently strated ur workouts. Think they are great. I jstwanted to ask. How will the flabbiness of my postnatal belly dissappear. I have a 3 year old and a 2 year old. Plzzzzzzz plzzz plzzz do reply. Thanks tiffany.

I want to work on my abs and belly, but I don't want to do any workouts that deals with doing situps or crunches, is there any other way that I can slim down my belly? =( I've been running everyday, but I'm scared that it's only going to work out my lower body(legs), not my upper body(belly).

Hi Tiffany, I have been trying to buy your 10 minute Abs-olutely Amazing, Body Grooving, Tummy Smoothing workout from your website and it keep's saying 'invalid item specified'. I have bought 2 of your other workouts with no problem, so don't know why this is.
