Same violin ritornello. Monteverdi "cut and pasted" a lot between sacred and secular compositions. Another- I remember off the top of my head -- he used bits of "Chi vol haver felice" and "Dolcissomo uscignuolo" in the Confitebor alla francesa.
Chiome d'oro wascomposed before Beatus vir. Converting madrigals into sacred music was a common procedure for that time.
