I would rather have the fat transfer, than the silicone.

Thank you for your comment.Actually, we've done more fat graft in the buttocks than silicone prosthesis.But in some cases, we may not have enough fat to put in the buttocks.
You can see in one of my videos:Celulitis treatment with LASER nd:yag and Buttocks augmentation with fat graft.
